(Yes, I'm already buying Christmas gifts). The chain is just what I wanted. It's in between a chain and a wire and a very fine guage. It's a shiny silver and very pretty. I did try it on and the 16" length was perfect. I was very happy with this purchase. It looks more expensive than the price.
